The Cabo Mondego is located in the western sector of the Serra da Boa Viagem, about 200 km north of Lisbon, between the beaches of Murtinheira and Figueira da Foz In its environs met numerous witnesses that have occurred since the Jurassic geological, building a very important place to learn about the geological history of Portugal.
